Biography
Justine Lee Belschner, PT, is a physical therapist at Children's National Hospital who practices in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her clinical areas of interest include: vestibular/concussion, cystic fibrosis and other pulmonary diseases/disorders, developmental gross motor delay, cerebral palsy, oncology and traumatic brain injuries. Justine is one of the physical therapists involved in the Children's National Cystic Fibrosis clinics for pediatric and adult care. She is also involved in a research capacity with the bio-engineering team at Sheikh Zayed Research Institute regarding rehabilitation robotics.

Biography
Kennedy Gill joined Children’s National Hospital in 2025 and works within Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She previously served in a local Washington, D.C., public charter school, where she developed extensive knowledge of the school system — an asset in supporting the complex educational and functional needs of patients. In her current role, Kennedy is a member of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Care Center, the Pediatric Stroke Program and also supports patients with cerebral palsy and acquired and traumatic brain injuries.
