Biography
- Sarah Barclay Hoffman is a Program Manager with the Community Mental Health CORE team at Children’s National, where she leads mental health policy and community engagement efforts. Ms. Hoffman also serves as Director of Policy for the Early Childhood Innovation Network. She has expertise in policy and system approaches in perinatal and infant and early childhood mental health, integration of mental health in pediatric primary care, and community-based mental health. In her role, she also works with citywide, cross-sector partners to advance child- and family-serving policies and systems.
