Children's Concussion Expert Participates in Congressional Roundtable Discussion
Gerard Gioia, PhD, Center for Neuroscience and Behavioral Medicine, provided insight on youth sports and the prevalence of injury in boys and girls during a congressional roundtable discussion about concussions. Dr. Gioia highlighted the importance of education and the use of tools to monitor concussion symptoms and recovery.
