Rotations
Children’s National offers an ACGME-accredited 24-month Allergy/Immunology clinical fellowship program. The Allergy/Immunology Fellowship is a collaboration between Children’s National, Veterans Affairs (VA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The program integrates comprehensive clinical experiences across various settings. Fellows rotate through outpatient clinics at Children’s National, gain exposure to adult allergy/immunology at the nearby Washington VA Medical Center, and further exposure to inpatient and outpatient allergy/immunology during the second year at the NIH. Fellows will rotate on the Children’s National inpatient consultation service throughout their two years of fellowship.
