CVOR/Cath/Research (including time supervising):
- Duration: 9 months
- Location: Main hospital
Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU):
- Duration: 1 month
- Location: Main hospital
Echo/Perfusion:
- Duration: 1 month
- Location: Main hospital
Vacation/Meeting:
- Duration: 1 month
- Location: Main hospital
Weekly Schedule
- 2-3 days: CVOR
- 1 day: Cath lab
- 1 day: Research/Academic
- 1 day (optional): Attending physician in general OR
Conferences
- Surgical Conference (weekly)
- Cardiac Anesthesia Attending Didactic Lectures (monthly)
- Anesthesiology, Pain and Perioperative Medicine Grand Rounds (weekly)
- Heart Center Critical Events Review (weekly)
Research
Fellows are encouraged to be active in scholarly activity. This can be in the form of a quality improvement project or clinical research.
