For World Kidney Day 2019, guest speaker Susan Furth, M.D., Ph.D., discusses assessment and outcome predictions in treating patients with chronic kidney disease.

Susan Furth, M.D., Ph.D., celebrates World Kidney Day with the Children's National community as guest speaker. Dr. Furth will teach assessing kidney function and predicting outcomes in chronic kidney disease. Her broad experience includes teaching epidemiology and pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as heading the nephrology division and pediatrics department at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
