Pediatric Sleep Medicine Fellowship

Children’s National Hospital offers an ACGME-accredited 12-month Sleep Medicine clinical fellowship program. The Sleep Medicine Fellowship is a collaboration between Children’s National, Veterans Affairs (VA) and George Washington University (GWU). This fellowship is tailored to meet board certification requirements with a specialized focus: fellows are 75% dedicated to pediatric sleep medicine and 25% to adult sleep medicine.

The program integrates comprehensive clinical experiences across various settings. Fellows rotate through outpatient clinics at Children’s National Hospital and gain exposure to adult sleep medicine at the nearby Washington VA Medical Center, recognized as a key teaching site for GWU.
