Children's Pediatrician Discusses HPV Vaccine on NPR Panel
Linda Fu, MD, MS, Diana L. and Stephen A. Goldberg Center for Community Pediatric Health, was a featured guest on a radio panel discussing the HPV vaccine. Questioned about the vaccine's effect on reducing cancer rates, Dr. Fu noted that there has been a "56 percent reduction in HPV infections in teen girls in the United States," since the vaccine has been available.
