Rotations

Our Clinical Experiences
Fellows may schedule elective experiences approximately 25-30 half-day sessions annually and one two-week block in the second or third fellowship year in order to develop their clinical and academic expertise per individual interests.

Rotations may be tailored to the fellow's needs and interests, but suggested experiences include:
- Reproductive Health/LARC Clinic
- Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology
- Bleeding Disorders and Menstrual Clinic
- Eating Disorder Clinic
- Residential Eating Disorder Programs
- Sports Medicine
- Mental Health – Inpatient Consults
- Substance Use Disorder Clinics
- Dermatology Clinic (Hidradenitis Suppurativa Multidisciplinary Clinic)
- IDEAL Weight Management Clinic
- Transition Clinics (End stage renal disease and spina bifida)
- Healthy Generations Teen-Tot Program
- Child-Adolescent Protection Services
- Special Olympics
- PrEP and STI Clinic
- College Health – GWU
Other options can be explored based on each fellow’s interests, including Hospitalist, Emergency Medicine, and Sleep Medicine.
