Meet the Ethics Program Team

Christian Cintron, PhD, HEC-C, is the senior ethics consultant for Children's National Hospital. He earned his doctorate in theological ethics from Loyola University of Chicago in 2017. Upon completion of a fellowship in 2019, he has been a practicing clinical ethicist in adult and pediatric health care. He continues to teach undergraduate and graduate university students and leads the Children's National program for post-graduate medical education in ethical theory and clinical ethics practice. His research interests include disparate experiences in the provision of health care, the relationship between social and clinical ethics and theories of justice.
