This month we have several resources for you, including a link to make cardiology referrals in minutes. Our Cardiology team cares for patients at 20 locations across the region.
I’m also proud to share that a team of researchers led by Cath Bollard, MD, MBChB, published promising results using T-cell immunotherapy for children with DIPG, relapsed brain cancers and other aggressive brain tumors. I invite you to read more about this specific study and learn about other trials that might benefit your patients.

When you need to refer patients for diagnostic and treatment services for pediatric cardiovascular disorders, consider Children’s National and our simplified referral process. Children’s National has the region’s only team of pediatric cardiologists and cardiology subspecialists.
Inpatient Psychiatric Care
Our inpatient unit is a resource for you when your patients need a higher level of psychiatric care. We have a child unit for ages 4-12 and an adolescent unit for ages 13-17 and provide individual treatment plans for each patient. Learn more about our multidisciplinary team and family-centered care.
