Research
Our fellows will have at least one day a week (minimum 20% time) of protected time for research with weekly research team meetings. Fellows are matched to an existing research project based on interest, experience and availability. Each fellow is assigned a primary research mentor to guide their experience. The fellow is encouraged to be an active member of their research team and is supported in presenting at professional conferences, as well as pursuing scholarship in manuscript development and/or grant application, driven by trainee interest and research goals. The rigor of our research mentorship prepares fellows to pursue a career in academic medicine.
