Cindy Bo, MBA, FACHE, named vice president of Business Development and Strategy at Children’s National

Children’s National has named Cindy Bo, MBA, FACHE, as its new vice president of Business Development and Strategy. Bo brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, including more than a decade in pediatric healthcare, to the role.

Bo will help advance strategic priorities across Children’s National, with a focus on growth, business development, market expansion, clinical and physician partnerships, service line development and long-term organizational sustainability.

“Cindy is a purpose-driven leader with a proven ability to translate vision into meaningful results,” said Michelle Riley-Brown, MHA, FACHE, president and CEO of Children’s National. “Her experience building partnerships, developing high-performing teams and identifying opportunities for strategic growth will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen access, quality and innovation for the children and families we serve.”

Most recently, Bo led strategy, growth and business development efforts at nationally recognized organizations, including Nemours Children’s Health, University of Virginia Children’s Health and Boston Medical Center Health System. Her expertise spans strategic planning, market expansion, physician and clinical partnerships, service line growth and organizational transformation.

Throughout her career, Bo has built a reputation for fostering collaboration across complex organizations and advancing innovative partnerships that support access, quality and long-term sustainability. She is also a dedicated mentor, board leader and nationally recognized speaker with a strong commitment to improving the health and well-being of children, families and communities.

Bo earned a Master of Business Administration with high honors from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in marketing and management information systems from Binghamton University. She currently serves on the boards and advisory councils of the Clinic for Special Children, March of Dimes Boston and Massachusetts, Children & Families First Delaware, Leadership Delaware, Modern Healthcare and the Children’s Hospital Association.
