Nominate a Pathfinder

Nomination
Academic institutions may nominate eligible students for the summer immersion program. Before nominating, organizations must confirm each student's availability for the 8–10 week internship each year.
Nominations are then reviewed, and nominees complete two interviews before final selection and notification. The nominator must be a professor, educator or school counselor who is well acquainted with the student’s academic and personal qualifications.
Students are required to submit all necessary documents to their nominator, who will then upload them via the Conway Nursing Pathway Program nomination link online. Each nomination will undergo a review process to ensure completeness. Qualified candidates will be invited for an interview with the selection committee. Those selected for the program will receive further information regarding next steps upon acceptance.
