Why did I choose CNH? I chose to pursue Pediatric Dermatology Fellowship at Children’s National Hospital due to its exceptional reputation for providing specialized care to pediatric patients. I love collaborating with experts in the multiple multidisciplinary clinics at CNH, including the Vascular Anomalies Clinic, Rheumatology-Dermatology Clinic, and Hidradenitis Suppurativa Clinic. I enjoy working with and teaching residents and medical students, the robust inpatient dermatology consult service, and the diverse patient population of the DMV. I really value the mentorship provided in clinical care, academic dermatology, practice management and research.

Why did I choose CNH? I chose CNH for the wide variety of clinical cases cared for by peds derm. I had the opportunity to learn both bread and butter, as well as rare cases requiring the awesome multi-disciplinary care provided at CNH. My faculty at CNH have become my biggest role models as I have entered my clinical practice; they are still a phone call or text away even after my time as a fellow. Choose CNH if you want a varied clinical experience that also gives you the chance to hone your teaching skills and your confidence as a future pediatric dermatologist!
