The Center for Translational Research and the End of Life and Palliative Care special interest group have invited Blyth Taylor Lord, Ed.M., to discuss harnessing the power of the family voice for researchers, fellow parents and clinicians caring for seriously ill children. Blyth Lord is the founder and executive director of the Courageous Parents Network, a national nonprofit that provides guidance and support for parents caring for children with serious illness and pediatric providers who care for them.
