How to Opt-Out 

If you wish to stop receiving messages, simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message letting you know you are unsubscribed.

Emergency Usage

Text messages from Children’s National are automated and not designed for real-time communication, emergencies or urgent matters. Never use text messages in an emergency, for urgent health matters or to communicate with your child’s healthcare provider about urgent matters. In case of an emergency, immediately dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
