The Children’s National Skilled Nursing Facility at our Bunker Hill Road location is now closed. Caring for your child has been our privilege, and we remain committed to supporting families as this transition concludes.

All patients/guardians discharged since 2019 will receive mailed instructions on how to request their medical records now that the facility has closed. For more information about requesting medical records, please visit our Medical Records page.
