Important Skilled Nursing Update

Children’s National will be closing the Skilled Nursing Facility at our Bunker Hill Road location. Caring for your child has been our privilege, and we are committed to supporting you through this transition. Our direct care staff will continue to provide compassionate services during this period.

In the coming weeks, our team will reach out to discuss personalized transition plans. Our clinical team, social worker, administrator and other support staff will work to ensure each child has an individualized care plan. You will receive updates as new information becomes available.

All patients/guardians discharged since 2019 will be mailed instructions of how to request their medical records after the discharge of the patients from our care.
