The CNPA Patient Portal moved to a new home on Nov. 1, 2022.
Joining the rest of Children's National on MyChildrensPortal ensures we have up-to-date technology and seamless care for your family. This portal switch also includes a new scheduling and medical records system. We look forward to connecting with you on MyChildrensPortal and thank you for your patience as our team adapts to these new changes.
The existing portal ended operations on Friday, Oct. 28, 2022. Any messages or requests sent via the old CNPA Greenway portal after that date will not be received by our team. If you have urgent needs during this time, please contact your CNPA location directly.
Instructions
If you already have a MyChildrensPortal account for other Children's National specialty clinics, no action is needed. Your account will automatically include CNPA starting Nov. 1. If your child is currently seen by a Children's National specialist and you have not yet accessed MyChildrensPortal, you may follow the specialty care portal instructions.
Families who do not see a Children’s National specialist can request access to the new MyChildrensPortal. Families can request an invite when calling to schedule their next CNPA visit or at their next CNPA appointment.
We are working hard to process MyChildrensPortal requests as quickly as possible.

MyChildrensPortal is the new home for the CNPA patient portal. This portal is currently used by Children’s National specialty clinics and will allow patients who see our primary and/or specialty care doctors to have access to their care teams and records all in one place. MyChildrensPortal can be accessed online or through Apple (iOS) or Android app stores.
Appointment availability has been limited during the transition to allow for our team to attend training for the new system as well as adjusting to the new system within the office. This has caused limited appointment availability. We appreciate your patience as we adjust to this new system.
Like many businesses, CNPA locations are experiencing staffing shortages. We are working to improve this situation; however, joining MyChildrensPortal and reaching out to us through a portal message is a great way to reach us without delayed hold times on the phone.
All patient medical records will transfer to our new medical records system. You can continue to view your chart in the new MyChildrensPortal and request copies of any other medical records from your CNPA team. Messages or requests from the old Greenway portal will not transfer to the new MyChildrensPortal.
The portal's two-way communication feature will allow you to electronically contact your child's healthcare provider about non-urgent issues. It is not to be used for emergency-related healthcare issues. Please contact your child's provider's office directly by phone with any questions you need answered within one business day or sooner. Please call 911 immediately if it's an emergency.
