CHC Patient Portal

All Children’s Health Center families can access their child’s health information through MyChildrensPortal. The portal offers you convenient access for your needs – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Children’s National Primary Care is joining the rest of Children’s National on MyChildrensPortal to ensure we have up-to-date technology and seamless care for your family. This portal switch also includes a new scheduling and medical records system. We look forward to connecting with you on MyChildrensPortal and thank you for your patience as our team adapts to these new changes.

The existing patient portal will end operations on Monday, June 12. Any messages or requests sent via the current Children’s National Primary Care portal after this date will not be received by our team. If you have urgent needs during this time, please contact your primary care office directly.
