Jennifer Tran, PA-C, moved from her home state of Michigan to Washington, D.C., where she pursued a dual masters as a PA and a Master of Public Health at the George Washington University. She has since stayed in the District to work in the Children’s National Emergency Department, and is a lead facilitator for wound care training workshops for emergency department doctors and PA/NPs in training.
Jennifer is also actively involved in a number of pediatric health advocacy and health prevention projects, focusing the majority of her work in the most under-resourced communities of the District. She has a passion for world travel, which has also supported her efforts in aiding in medical missions in third world countries. In Jennifer's free time, she enjoys reading, scuba diving, snowboarding, hiking and photography.
