Sarah Sharp Hudock is a dual certified pediatric nurse practitioner in primary and acute care. She completed her bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) at Georgetown University and worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., as a registered nurse for over five years. She completed her master of science in nursing (MSN) at The Catholic University of America, also in Washington, D.C., and is in the process of completing her doctor of nursing practice (DNP) there as well. She acts as the program coordinator for the Asthma CARE Program and has a particular interest in asthma and obesity, a population she will be focusing her DNP capstone project on. She additionally works as the program coordinator for the Complex Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) Program, consulting on infants in the NICU with chronic lung disease of prematurity and following this population in The HSC Pediatric Center and the outpatient setting as they grow.
