Adora Lin, M.D., Ph.D., is a pediatric allergist at Children’s National Hospital. She earned her M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed pediatrics training at Children’s National and an allergy and clinical immunology fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. She is board certified in allergy and immunology as well as pediatrics. Dr. Lin is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI), where she serves on the Committee on Adverse Reactions to Foods.
Dr. Lin’s research focus is on the role of B cells in the development of food allergy and tolerance to foods. She is associated with the Children’s National Research Institute Center for Cancer and Immunology Research, under the direction of Catherine Bollard, M.D., M.B.Ch.B. Dr. Lin is the author of multiple peer-reviewed articles and abstracts; she was awarded an AAAAI Foundation Faculty Development Award for promising junior research faculty.
When not working, Dr. Lin enjoys reading, trying new restaurants and spending time with her husband, two young children and dog.
