Support for NICU Parents

You can be with your baby in the NICU at any time. Most parents find that becoming involved with their baby's care helps bond with their baby. Once both you and your baby are ready, you will be encouraged to hold and rock him/her.

This is the NICU welcome desk. Our neonatologists are on-site to care for your infant, 24/7.

Providing some of the comforts of home, our NICU waiting room and business center helps keep you connected so you're never too far from work and your baby.

We designed our NICU with input from parents and families like you. From the comfortable, soundproof flooring and indirect lighting, our NICU is a soothing and secure environment for you and your child.

Our neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is a Level IV NICU, which means we can offer the highest level of care for premature infants. As one of the region’s few Level IV NICUs, we care for more than 800 tiny patients each year, providing appropriate and personalized care for each baby.

We also have the option for private patient rooms with comfortable rockers. Our staff will teach you to hold and rock your baby safely and comfortably when it is appropriate and safe for your newborn.
