On Apr. 27, 2019, community members, patients, families and staff at Children's National attended the annual Ward 4 Spring Celebration. Mayor Muriel Bowser and Councilmember Brandon Todd posed for photos with Dr. Bear and others. The day of fun included food, music, the traditional Easter egg roll, an Easter egg hunt, crafts for kids, face painting and more.
