Research Interests
Laura L. Tosi, MD, is the director of the Bone Health Program at Children’s National Medical Center. Her clinical practice focuses on the orthopaedic care of children with physical disabilities and/or issues related to bone health. Dr. Tosi’s research and advocacy efforts focus on maximizing bone health and fitness across the lifespan. The Bone Health Program seeks to provide protocol-based patient care for children with or at risk for low bone mass and a hypothesis-driven translational research program.
