Research Interests
Angela Wratney, MD, MHSc, focuses her research on improving the care and outcomes for infants and children with respiratory illnesses. She is identifying the risk factors for ventilator dependence and identifying those factors in the patient, the disease process, and Children’s respiratory care of the patient to try to improve the respiratory outcomes and lead to a safer, more timely discontinuation of mechanical ventilatory support.
