Multi-Center Studies Section

The Multi-Center Studies Section (MCSS) in the Center for Clinical and Community Research provides support operations including regulatory support and biostatistics for multi-center clinical and community research studies. The focus of the MCSS is any observational or interventional study which includes at least two sites and requires coordination of protocol design and implementation as well as strategies for uniformity and consistency among the sites. These efforts are necessary to ensure scientific rigor and the ability to generalize results across sites. Investigators from both within Children’s National and external academic institutions work with the MCSS.
