Children's also offers two operating rooms in our Montgomery County Outpatient Center for children needing same-day surgery. Many of our surgical specialists operate in Montgomery County and guarantee the same high level of care as the hospital. Children’s National is the only institution in the area that guarantees anesthesia administered by a fellowship-trained pediatric anesthesiologist, ensuring the highest level of safety for children. You may also utilize Regional Outpatient Centers near you for post-operative follow-up visits.
