When you are a foster parent you're not entitled to a complete medical history. Maria and Todd Jameson brought the three siblings into their home knowing little more than their vaccination records. So when Cora, the redheaded 4-year-old. exhibited a frightening mixture of delirium and lethargy, her foster parents were at a loss as how to help her. They turned to Children's National for help.
