Physician Directory

Download our Physician Directory and address book to your handheld/smartphone.

Directions:

• Click the above link to download the address book. 
• A window will ask you to open the file or save it to disk. 
• Save the file to disk in your “My Downloads” folder once you have downloaded the address book. 
• From the address book on your handheld, click on “Categories” and choose “Edit Categories.” 
• Add a new category named "CNMC Physicians.” 
• Once inside your new category, choose “File – Import” and import the address book from your “My Downloads” folder. The file name is “cnmc physician.aba.”
