Annual Symposium - May 18, 2011
Symposium Overview
Children’s National Obesity Institute presents the third annual Pediatric Obesity Symposium, entitled “From Cradle to College: Best Practices in Obesity Prevention.” This event will convene experts from various disciplines to share ideas, success stories, ongoing challenges, and the future promise of prevention strategies to fight childhood obesity, both in the District of Columbia and nationwide.
This year’s symposium will focus on successful models of pediatric obesity prevention and expert recommendations in the field along pediatric age continuum, both from clinical and community-based approaches.
