Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Nurse Manager
Jeanne Ricks, BSN, MS, RN

The Cardiac Catheterization Lab provides diagnostic, interventional, electrophysiology testing and procedures to patients ranging from newborns to adults with congenital heart disease.

Nursing staff care for patients using a family-centered care philosophy, providing family education before and after the procedure. All nurses in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab have specialty certification in critical care and sedation. They have expertise in congenital heart disease and are PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certified.
