at Children's National Medical Center and serves Washington, DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, and West Virginia. MACCHE is funded by the Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinics (AOEC) through a cooperative agreement with the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

At MACCHE, we are dedicated to informing health professionals, parents, caregivers, and concerned citizens about children and their specific needs and risks associated with environmental health.  Our team is comprised of Jerome Paulson, MD, Kevin Osterhoudt, MD, and Lauren Gordon.
