Children's National Health Network: Educational Programs
CNHN sponsors two CME programs annually for our members. Our educational goal is to improve care delivery and practice management. Meeting attendance is free to CNHN member pediatricians and key office personnel. These conferences are CME-accredited- which helps our members meet their licensure and maintenance of certification needs.
- “Practical Pediatrics for Practicing Pediatricians”
CNHN has sponsored its Future of Pediatrics CME Program annually each June since 1999. The program has expanded to two full-days of CME presentations- targeted at improving the care provided by practicing pediatricians. We have aligned our CME program with the Children’s National Annual Medical Staff dinner- bringing our community pediatricians and Children’s National specialists together for an evening.

- CNHN’s “Business of Pediatrics” Conference
(formerly CNHN Pediatric Practice Management Seminar)
CNHN has sponsored our annual Pediatric Practice Management Seminar each December since 1997. This educational program is offered to pediatricians and key office personnel to improve pediatric practice management and business success. National and local experts provide the latest updates in coding, practice management, medical home transformation, and emerging trends in health care delivery and reimbursement. Most importantly, attendees learn what works in practice from their local CNHN colleagues- including our CNHN Medical Home Innovation Awards.
