Benefits: Employee Assistance Program

Children's provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides the opportunity to talk confidentially with a behavioral health professional about a wide range of personal matters in a confidential manner.

Employees, their covered eligible family members or other members of their immediate household are encouraged to take advantage of this benefit when needed. There is no cost to employees or eligible members of their household for the initial assessment or short-term counseling services provided by the EAP.
