Educational Assistance

Children's encourages and supports our employees' ongoing educational and development needs by providing an educational assistance program. After six months employment, you are eligible to apply for educational assistance.

Programs eligible for educational assistance include: undergraduate and graduate courses or programs which lead to a degree (other than the last available degree for that profession or program, such as a doctorate) and which directly relate to improving the performance of the employee in his/her current position.
