When You Arrive at the Hospital
Enter the hospital through the main entrance on Michigan Avenue or near the Emergency Department entrance facing the parking lot. Go to the admissions office in the Main Atrium to get a family badge, a special pass for parents or guardians with a child staying more than 24 hours. Remember to bring photo identification, such as a driver’s license or other government issued identification.
After you get your family badge, hospital volunteers are available to escort you and your child to the right floor and department. Our team members can also direct you to the resources available for families staying at the hospital.
