Presurgical Tour

Welcome to Children´s Online Pre-Surgical Tour. A child facing surgery confronts more than surgery itself. Many questions race through their mind...questions like: "Will I wake up during surgery?" and "When will I be able to see my mom and dad?" This online tour will prepare you and your child for surgery.

This tour includes information about what to expect when your child is admitted for surgery. In addition to this tour, we strongly recommend that you bring your child to the hospital for the live tour as well. The live tour helps ease any anxiety your child may have, by allowing him/her to become familiar with the surroundings. Feel free to also bring along family members or others who might benefit from experiencing the tour.

Please Note
: You must have either the Apple Quicktime Player (Macintosh Users) or Windows Media Player (Windows Users) installed to view the Presurgical Tour.
