Safe Concussion Outcome Recovery & Education (SCORE) Program


  • For Parents

    We work closely with athletic organizations, athletic trainers, and coaches to coordinate and monitor treatment.  Ongoing management of physical activity, as well as mental activity, is critical to ensure the child’s full recovery from the injury. Read more here.
