Summer High School Volunteer Program Application

The Summer High School Volunteer Program information packet will be available here on March 1, 2010. The packet includes:

  • Program details
  • Application form
  • Orientation registration form
All interested applicants must attend a two-hour orientation session at the hospital. The orientation session will provide an overview of the program and the application process.
