Teen (Ages 14 to 18) CPR –$55
Developed by the American Heart Association, this course teaches CPR techniques and how to clear obstructed airways in adults, children and infants. Please bring a lunch and drink that do not need refrigeration and/or heating. AHA Heartsaver’s card provided.

Infant and Child CPR–$45
Developed by the American Heart Association, this class teaches parents and caregivers CPR techniques and how to clear obstructed airways in children from birth to 8-years-old. AHA Heartsaver’s card is provided.

Infant Care Workshop – $45 per couple or $30 per person
Learn about caring for your infant. Let our registered nurse educator teach you the basics and help you on a successful journey through the most wonderful years of your life.
This class is designed to help new parents as well as infant caregivers in home-based or center-based child care setting. This class can also be taken as a refresher for parents and grandparents who already have children. Our registered nurses will cover information on normal newborn appearance, breast feeding, diaper dermatitis, infant care, crying, etc.
