Teen (Ages 14 to 18) CPR –$55
Developed by the American Heart Association, this course teaches CPR techniques and how to clear obstructed airways in adults, children and infants. Please bring a lunch and drink that do not need refrigeration and/or heating. AHA Heartsaver’s card provided.

Infant and Child CPR–$45
Developed by the American Heart Association (AHA), parents and caregivers learn CPR techniques and how to clear obstructed airways in children from birth to 8 years old. Participants will practice skills in a relaxed learning environment. A CPR student workbook will be provided, which comes with a child and infant CPR reminder and a CD with supplemental information. After successful completion of the class, AHA cards will be provided.

Infant Care Workshop – $45 per couple or $30 per person
Learn about caring for your infant with Children's Infant Care Workshop. This class is designed to help new parents and infant caregivers in home or center-based childcare settings. Our Registered Nurse instructor will cover a full range of infant care topics, including information on normal newborn appearance, breastfeeding, diaper dermatitis, infant care, and crying.

Safe Sitter -$45
Babysitting is not just watching children, but being responsible for their safety and well-being, as well as your own. Safe Sitter is a national babysitting training program designed to teach young adolescents to be safe babysitters. Safe Sitter is medically accurate, hands-on class that teaches boys and girls ages 11-15 how to handle emergencies when caring for children. Participants will learn the importance of fire safety, how to avoid dangerous situations, babysitting business skills, basic child care skills, and much more. Safe Sitter completion cards are provided. The class is five and a half hours long. Please bring a lunch and drink that do not require refrigeration and/or heating.
