Insurance and Billing: Medical Records

Individuals have a right to access, inspect and obtain a copy of their Protected Health Information (PHI) for as long as the designated record set is maintained as deemed by law. Request for medical record copies should be made through the Health Information Management Department (Medical Records) by calling 202-476-5267. It takes approximately 10-14 business days for your request to be processed.
