Research
The Division of Pediatric General & Thoracic Surgery and the Sheikh Zayed Institute For Pediatric Surgical Innovation combine for a robust offering of research opportunities within the program. Although primarily a clinical training experience, pediatric surgical residents are encouraged and have the opportunity to participate in the numerous ongoing clinical and basic scientific projects under the mentorship of one of the faculty.
