Children's National Gateway
Welcome to Children’s National Gateway—our resource for referring physicians who would like real-time information on their patients referred to Children’s National. Included in the portal are physician and nursing documentation, and radiology and lab results, from May 18, 2008 to present, as well as helpful links to Children’s and other medical web sites.
To ensure privacy, users will only be able to see names of patients who have identified the specific provider as his/her primary care provider. If you do not see your patient when you log in, or have any questions regarding the portal, please review the Children’s National Gateway User Manual. Before logging on please turn off your browser’s pop up blocking feature for this site or you may be unable to log in. The portal is best viewed using Internet Explorer 6 or higher.
For immediate assistance, contact 301-572-1123, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm. Inquiries at other times can be made by filling out this form. A member of the Children’s National team will contact you within 48 hours regarding your request.
Children’s National must grant secure access to each physician who will log into the system. Simply fill out the information and one of our Physician Liaisons will contact you to demonstrate access and provide your log in information.
Physician Liaison:
Children’s Physician Relations program serves as the liaison between community physicians and the many services and resources of Children’s. Referring physicians are encouraged to contact this office and the physician concierge with questions or concerns. The program also is responsible for distributing resources to keep referring physicians informed about Children’s programs. To reach a liaison, call 202-476-4418.
