Biography
Naynesh R. Kamani, MD, is chair of the Institutional Review Board and medical director of the Office for the Protection of Human Subjects at Children’s National. Prior to taking his current positions, Dr. Kamani was chief of the Division of Blood and Marrow Transplantation and Immunology.

Dr. Kamani is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) and a member of the Executive Committee of the NMDP Board of Directors.

His research interests include hematopoietic cell transplants for non-malignant diseases, primary immune deficiencies, and immune reconstitution.
