National Activities
The EMSC Program has set an ambitious goal of ensuring the very best pediatric medical care possible. And, to accomplish this goal, the EMSC Program looks for opportunities to partner with and leverage the resources of other federal agencies and national organizations involved in pediatrics and/or emergency care. This section highlights those partnerships.
On February 23 and 24, 2009, the EMSC Program, in partnership with The American Academy of Pediatrics and the Duke University Health System, sponsored the meeting "Pediatric Medication Safety in the Emergency Setting." A copy of the final program is now available. Registration for this meeting was by invitation only.
