Grants Management

Grants management is an essential aspect of an Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) grant. In addition to successfully implementing and evaluating the approved grant objectives, project directors are also responsible for completing a number of grants management requirements, such as complying with financial reporting requirements that are clearly defined in the EMSC program guidance.

This section provides information on the key pieces of grants management, including:

  1. Applying for A Competitive EMSC Program Grant
  2. Applying for A Non-Competitive EMSC Program Grant
  3. Understanding and Responding to Conditions on the Notice of Grant Award (NGA)
  4. Using EMSC Program Funds
  5. Adhering to Report Deadlines
  6. Whom to Contact for Help
  7. Frequently Asked Questions

In addition, the NRC created two calendars to help State Partnership grantees adhere to due dates for all key grant management activities. The first calendar targets grantees who are submitting a new and competing application. The second calendar is for continuation grant applications.
