FAN Webinars
The EMSC National Resource Center (NRC) will host a series of web-based seminars on the EMSC performance measures (PM) designed specifically for state EMSC family representatives. The goals of the webinars are to educate family representatives about the significance of the measures and to help representatives move each of the measures forward.
To attend an upcoming webinar listed below, go to Cisco MeetingPlace and sign in as a "Guest." Click on "Attend Meeting" and accept any security warnings that are received and wait for the Meeting Room to initialize. Click on "Connect." Do not enter a telephone number as the system cannot call long distance. Participants must call in by telephone to hear the audio portion of the webinar by dialing 1-877-355-6338 and entering meeting ID 6818.
Upcoming FAN Webinars
- January 8, 2009, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm (EST). The NRC's first webinar will focus on PM 66a (online and offline medical direction) and PM 66b (pediatric equipment on patient care units). Before the webinar, family representatives are asked to speak with their state program manager to learn what their state has done towards achieving these measures and what can be done to help with their implementation.
