Annual EMSC Program Meeting


Each year, the Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) Program holds an Annual Program Meeting in the late Spring/early Summer. The meeting is typically held jointly with the Mid-year Meeting of the National Association of State EMS Officials.  This year's meeting will be held May 7-11, at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda in Bethesda, MD. May 7 is reserved for the National Association of State EMS Officials’ Pediatric Emergency Care Council. An EMSC pre-conference workshop will be held May 8, and the EMSC Program Meeting will start the morning of May 9 and end May 11. Online registration for the 2012 Annual EMSC Program Meeting is now available.

The room rate at the Hyatt Regency will be $224.00 per room/per night, plus applicable sales tax, currently at 13%. Room rates are available three days pre/post meeting. Participants must make their own hotel reservations by calling the Hyatt Regency Bethesda directly at 1-888-421-1442 or by using its online reservation system. The EMSC Program cannot reserve rooms on the attendee’s behalf.
