Each year, the Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) Program holds an Annual Program Meeting in the late Spring/early Summer. The meeting is typically held jointly with the Mid-year Meeting of the National Association of State EMS Officials.

Registration for 2010 Meeting Now Available (NEW ***)
The 2010 Annual EMSC Program Meeting will be held Tuesday, May 25, through Thursday, May 27, at the Doubletree Hotel and Executive Meeting Center in Bethesda, MD. All attendees are required to make their own hotel reservations by calling (800) 222-TREE or (301) 652-2000. Participants must identify themselves as an “Annual EMSC Program Meeting Attendee." Room rates are $209.00 per room, per night (state and local tax not included). Rates are valid two days prior and two days post the meeting dates. The hotel reservation cut-off date is Saturday, May 1.
All grantees are also required to register for the meeting using the EMSC National Resource Center's online registration process. The online registration process is now available.
Who Should Attend
Representatives from each of the following EMSC grant programs are expected to attend the Annual Program Meeting:
State Partnership grantees (two project representatives and one consumer/family representative)
Targeted Issue grantees (two project representatives, one of whom should be the principal investigator or co-principal investigator)
Network Demonstration Development Project grantees (two project representatives from each regional node, one of whom should be the principal investigator or co-principal investigator)
Central Data Management Coordinating Center grantee (two project representatives).
Attendance at the EMSC Program Meeting is a requirement and condition of grant funding. If for some reason it is not possible for any or all representatives listed to attend, please notify the EMSC federal program officer. Other individuals interested in EMSC activities are also invited to attend.
